Called the store today at 8am to book 10 chickens for Sunday and was put threw to the produce manager what I wanted and he just laughed at me.I asked whats funny he replied Im not taking your order I asked why he told me I doubt I have ordered enought for the orderes I have now without your and he hung up on me..So glad woolies could help
I just bought a 3l browns milk from this Coles and used the self serve checkout. When I got to my car I put the milk on my passenger seat. 5mins later I noticed it was leaking everywhere. I took it back and told a guy at the smokes counter, he saw it was not sealed and told me to go get another one. He got infront of me and put the unsealed, not full and leaking bottle back in the fridge!!!
I will never shop here again. I am a double amputee and on a recent visit the only checkout open had 4 people with very full trolleys waiting and the same lady was manning the cigarette counter. I can't operate the self serve checkouts and would refuse to anyway. My option was to stand and wait or drop my shopping and leave. The only person I could find to complain to was about 15 and said she couldn't do anything but finally offered to scan and pack my shopping at a self serve checkout. Having only one checkout open at 4pm is absolutely appalling. Buck up your idea Coles.
It's what would be called a small format store. There is no instore bakery or deli. But great if you just want a few things. The staff are friendly. It's inside Stargate shopping care. They do have flowers and hot roast meats
Found meat & other special priced items cheaper than Aldi. Well stocked home now!! Don't visit very often but needed cash from working ATM . The trip was worth it! Wizard Rewards also saves me lots over a year for my medical needs. NEW RANGE OF kitchen Utensils. Cooking bowls baking pans for cakes etc. Reasonable prices too.
Very poor safety measures in your store and absolutely a shopping hazard for your staff and it’s customers and putting lives at risk badly
Store is always clean and stocked. The issue I see every week is, I go there at 6pm Thursday nights and every time we are going through the check outs, there is only ever one person serving.
Tonight there were 6 people with full trolleys lined up for over half hour waiting.
There needs to be more checkouts open as it is obvious that this is needed at this day and time.
Its okay, but I have two issues, there is never any check outs open only 1 or max 2. Some of the staff could use a little more enthusiasm. My main gripe with this place is it is very often out of stock of everyday items, eggs are constantly out of stock, pepsi max is constantly out of stock, the meat cabinet has its ups and downs, sometimes I can get something worth buying, a lot of the time i just dont bother and go to Woolies or Spudshed. I like shopping at Coles to collect the flybuys points, but I find myself buying more and more elsewhere for the simple fact it is not available at this store.
